Theft by regulationIt is very sad when the very regulations that should protect the public are themselves the roadmap for how the wealthy steal from the unwary retail public investor! They knew of the hardship application and connived with management to rubber stamp this "hardship application" even though it did NOT EXIST to deny the shareholders their rightful vote and valuation without which the takeover "restructure" totally on SALP dictated terms would not have been possible!!
