RE:Redesigned Website

RE:Redesigned WebsiteSam, I noticed you posted regarding the investment in S7 by Global back on January of 2018.

They invested $2 million CANADIAN as part of a $15 million dollar convertible loan with a conversion price of about .35 cents Canadian coming due in I believe in January of 2020.

As you can see the conversion price at .35 cents today is a pretty big problem.

The other comment or question I have is the company also invested in Breaking Data, v.brag on the Canadian exchange and on the previous web site they listed them as one of their assets.

Another $2 million in a direct investment in the company at a much higher price than the .43 cent Canadian price as of today.

Now it is nowhere to be found on the new updated website and not sure why they just listed the S7 Converiptuble loan that wasn’t on the previous website??

I will write to them for clarification and see if they respond as I don’t really like the flipping around of these assets on their web site!
