What's missin'?Big volumes as this company comes together on final approach. Pressure on shareprice, possibly from investors involved in the most recent fundraiser, trying to off their in the money shares for cheaper ones. Keep in mind that anything under .60 should kill that stream. We still have the market-maker pumping out the over allotment which is usually 10% of the original shares offered and it seems that there is lots of interest and my personal opinion is that this is not uncommon to miss the final date to fill the over allotment. There is good news in the fact that it looks like this will be totally filled which is better than last one they did. The concerns over the company screwing the existing shareholders with a cheap offering are unfounded imho because these things happen prior to announcement when the shareprice was probably lower and the deal would have looked better. Insider recent buys show 600,000 by Gillis, the president, which is real money out of his pocket that will go to Tinley for their use to move this forward and the fact that he did it, in addition to the million share options he has, is a vote of confidence by a very experienced guy, who we were lucky to get!
I checked the most recent posted shorts on IIROC on Tinley and it looks like zero shares being shorted or the list is wrong.
Back to my header question: What is missin'? Concrete evidence of our products in coolers and on sale at dispensaries and retailers................and the advertising and promo that has been promised, or hasn't been seen by me. Maybe some Californians know more about this or some tourists in the area.
Most of the greenrush is in a bit of a downdraft sharepricewise, but Tinley is persevering with a unique, game changing line of products and are confident enough to build their own bottling facility. Tinley has a great headstart on the other interested parties like Constellation, Anheuser-Busch, Heineken, Coors Molsen, Cronos who have weighed in with serious amounts of cash and intention.
Patience, we are almost there and I think we are about as low as the sp is going to go for a company with so much potential. glta and dyodd
