RE:RE:RE:RE:Acquisition TimeAlthough I certainly would not know for sure I would believe that that would not be the case. As they both initially signed a letter-of-intent to do their due diligence then both agreed to a definitive deal. I would suspect if there was something that ICC wanted to walk away from the deal for it would have been done before the definitive Arrangement was made and announced. Just my opinion
