Has anyone done an analysis of what Morguard will own after this next rights offering?  My thinking is that they keep ratcheting up their ownership so that the take out price, even if it's high, is irrelevant because what they don't own is so small.  But maybe there are securities rules that they can avoid paying up for the remainder?  Obviously Armoyan is not wanting to be squeezed out without a fight, if he's buying large blocks in the market.  That may put a fly in their ointment.
