OK, if this is correct, we jumped from 40M to 1B MC overnight. So, if it holds and I get my rights at .01521, I more than triple my gains overnight.I like it!

Still doesn't explain why they would convert  at 1000/1 for $50/share.

BTW, not looking for an argument just trying to understand.
