Friday

FridayHopefully tomorrow we can keep the positive momentum going! So far oil is up over 1%...That’s the key to higher SP, Q2 results are only 90 days away. I’m happy owning  cpg shares..Well run, super assets, trading at less than 1/2 its value.....Good days are upon us...Patience is a virtue here..Once debt is sufficiently lowered I feel that a div.increase will be warranted to bring back income seekers. If i had a choice of buying back shares or reinstating the monthly div.,i would choose the latter..Great confidence  builder...I think that Josef Schacter had it right when he said that watering down the div. to a negligible amount was a big mistake in judgement...Time will tell..
