Get the most bang for your buck...and wait for HMMJ weekly Slow Stocastic to dip into the oversold zone before buying.  ALEF is already in the zone but will be hampered by the now falling 30weekMA.  Might have wait it out a bit until after the Summer doldrums before anything substantial happens.   GLTA
