thanks, organic4unmeregarding "farml1234", as they say:  "never deny a fool their folly"!  

for my part, i know the salmon river country (lemhi county) like the back of my hand.  the cobalt mine just "over the hill" from salmon has a long history.

people who have never been in the "back country" have no idea of the remoteness or size.
