RE:From IR @ National
RE:From IR @ NationalGreat post Prefer Golf. Just what i assumed with K.C. selling. When will it end, probably when he runs out of shares
PreferGolf wrote: In the last 10 trading days VIVO has went from 95¢ to 68¢ (at 10:00 today) a 28% decrease in 2 weeks of trading. Does anyone have a clue as to why???? And a 83% decrease from the all time high of $4.06 14 months ago. What is management doing to help it's shareholders.
Will management call a meeting with investors to discuss?
When will 1st quarter result be announce, (This could propel the SP) ?
Why is VIVO sitting at 68¢ with a 211 million Market Cap and CRONOS, with same sales as VIVO, has a Market Cap of 5 billion.
Management has been way too quiet, while us, the shareholders, are loosing value on a daily basis and very rapidly.
A reply will be helpful. Please forward to management.

Hello Alain,
I can answer on Heidi’s behalf.
In what I understand is a semi-regular occurrence, the founding CEO of Vivo (no longer with the company) has been selling off shares. Some of his shares are held in escrow and when they come free, he sells them off. This of course has a negative impact on the share price.
In terms of the company, it is performing well having reported strong financials recently and recently completed a non-deal roadshow meeting with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
