RIV is very Confident Greetings,

Keeping you up to date with Canopy Rivers (TSX.V: RIV). The company is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, PharmHouse, has enter into a second offtake agreement with Canopy Growth. The agreement includes, Canopy Growth committing to buy an additional 20% of PharmHouse’s flowering space from their 1.3 million square foot facility for the next three years, which is in addition to the 10% that was agreed to in May 2018. PharmHouse will deliver between 25,000 kg and 45,000 kg of cannabis per year to Canopy Growth, over the next three years.
