All the money has to be up front and the processing plant in place, then and only then can you "Apply" for a license.
For those already in play like LABS, VGW , NEPT and I believe OILS will get grandfathered in they are in good shape.
Look at the forecasted revenues for LABS. Double this quarter by year end.
When the FEDS get their unilateral legislation together and approve the OILS for mass consumpton there is little to no chance the licensed producers will be able to keep up.
Competiton will not be the problem execution will be and only the very smartest companies will survive the onslaught.
Watch for the bigger guys absorbing the smaller well run companies.
Margins will settle where they need to be, I suspect around 38% on selling.
This time next year it will be a whole different conversation with mergers and takeovers and markets opening up everywhere.
Keep your base shares . You will regret it if you don't.
