ROE

ROEI honestly think an investor needs to buy into this for the whole of the story. Bought my first shares of ROE prior to them holding any blocks in Mexico & solely on the management team as well as the theory of how little exploration and development has been done in Mexico. ROE came within 2% of the nearest bidder on the Chiapas blocks... pretty darn good in my books. Some here will say forget about those blocks the royalty rate is high, I just shake my head at these comments. These blocks have allowed the epic team they have to operate in Mexico with minimal cash burn. Take a look at last year which was a very active year for the company, a loss of 905K for the year on reduced production, petty good for a venture company. They released earnings prior to the open... how often do you see that with a venture company? Just take a look at what other company's in Mexico posted for the year... Ouch, also compare the valuations of what company's are trading at... pretty crazy! Another thing to note on the Chiapas blocks while the royalty rates are higher so is the initial rates of production, I find it amazing that these wells are still producing after decades without artificial lift (pump jacks). You certainly don't see that in western Canada or many other places for that matter & it shows how little development drilling as well as how much formation pressure there is down there. also worth mentioning is the pipelines & infrastructure to location as well as of the last update the company feels there is another zone of interest. I'm certainly not trying to dismiss the Amatitlan property, just think the market has a tough time trying to grasp that kind of growth. Is ROE cheap at these levels? oh very much so imho... wont say there isn't any risk but a heck of a lot less at .135 then say .25. The single largest risk to holding this through the election & transition period was if Amlo would honor existing contacts. He has stated as well as his ministers they will honor existing contracts on a few occasions. Looking forward to migration as well as other potential catalysts.. positive sentiment shift, potential partners for upcoming October farm outs as well as heavy work overs on Chiapas blocks.... Renaissance continues to make progress on its journey to become a major Mexican energy producer.
