RE:RE:News out I’m impressed

RE:RE:News out I’m impressed Disclaimer:  Cherry picked a few items that really stood out to me:

During this period, Phase 2, our attention will be on the existing locations and making sure all systems are functioning properly, before beginning to actively look for new markets....
I really wish they implemented Phase 2 + e-comm first before launching Phase 1...

Fourth quarter comprehensive loss was $5,286,346 compared with $2,553,196 in the same period in fiscal 2017. The $2,733,150 increase is due to higher selling and marketing expenses, variances in gross profit net of higher occupancy costs and depreciation from running eight retail stores versus five as well as additional manpower needs.
Unless they are able to consistently grow revenues by 100%+ YOY (which i think they were only able to accomplish once before, when they doubled their store count) i think this last statement may sink them... they have too many retail stores (and are about to add 2 more???) and they wont be able to sustain basic items like selling/marketing expenses, rent, depreciation & labour...
