Are you kidding? There's three people on that board hyping each other with posts like "SMB to 400$", "Drilling in Dec.2018" and clearly no clue what is really going on. 

I was in touch with both, SMB and EGME and the result is posted below. Nothing happening at all as long as the greedy Indians will not pay for what they signed a JV for!
