The Viking is a light oil, horizontal development play located in central Alberta. Its operations are focused on the Esther area. Peace River is a stable, cold-flow, base production asset. It operates on a contiguous and an acreage within the heart of the Peace River Oilsands region.

asset sale necessary

Meaningful debt reduction can't be done without more asset sales. To me, that will be the catalyst to eliminate bankruptcy fears, so the company can trade at inline multiple. Sounds to me that FrontFour is very aware of this and I would not be surprised with some announcement on that front as oil price recover.
