RE:RE:RE:Eureka no they aren't - the farmers were suing the two founders of Vitality.....who basically had a grand plan with little ability to execute, planted a ton of hemp and ran out of funds to pay for it. The hemp is harvested and is in storage. Now that Vitality has merged with Mercal/Livewell, the issue has been handled.
I think the going rate per acre is between 400-500 dollars to plant....one acre yields between 10-25kg of CBD, which is around 50k-125k of revenue, sold in bulk.....you really think they won't be able to pay the measly farmer bill now that they have extraction sorted out and are producing 50kg/day of CBD? Insanity.
