imo, this could Ben part of the reason NO new licencescame out last week. Maybe they are doing a big shuffle and now we will be bumped very near the top. Up to 70 % or CURRENT applicants do not have a facility built...but we do!!! I feel this Friday or next....latest. But who knows...lol. Willing to wait....
