RE:RE:One of the many problems with this stockThe ratings agencies are probably looking at it now, but if ALA had an additional asset sale, I think we'd get that upgrade right away. On one hand, I want them to make an announcement soon. On the other hand, I also understand that they want to get top dollar for assets. I think it's good that bond yields are dropping, because that was one of the factors that worried ALA shareholders.
