RE:RE:News Today

RE:RE:News TodayHi,

Unfortunately, Arkave is not nearly as profitable as I would have thought as an investor.

According to one video where the CEO is speaking of costs to potential investors (I don't know which video this is but you can find it if you dig around), the Arkave sells for:

Original price: $88,000 USD
Recurring cost: $1200/month USD

Ignoring the original price because frankly it's a pittance and I really thought we'd be making bank off of a recurring monthly SAS model, the company is only netting $14,400 USD per year per Arkave.  Not exactly a great return on investment.  They've only sold 5 or so of these things.  Recurring monthly revenue on 5 Arkaves is barely enough for one software develop's salary.

When I originally invested in the company, my projection was they would make $50-60 thousand per Arkave per year.  At less than a third of my projection per year per Arkave, I fear my investment will not be nearly as lucrative as I imagined.

Cheers,
Imprint
