Stock has not traded much since the announcement, which is a bit surprising.  Overall, I thought results were in line with my expectations ... not sure about the Street though (if there is any expectation on "the Street" anymore, pardon the pun).

I think that this platform is more valuable as a potential acquisition target or M&A candidate, rather than slow organic growth.

However, I guess we will see ... at least probably nowhere to go from here but up (I hope).
