RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Eureka I dont think anyone has ever disputed the validity , of the Vitality lawsuit. It has merit, and you have to pay your bills. That is the reason for the merger with Livewell. The bills will be paid, listing on the CSE doesn’t happen overnight, and yes, the lawsuits have to be taken care of. Does anybody think Livewell wasn’t fully aware of the Vitality lawsuit with the farmers before the merger? Of course they were. They will still be one of the largest hemp producers in North America, when they are listed. Make no mistake, once they relist, everything will be put behind them, and anyone on the wrong side, ie: shorts, will be screwed.
