RE:RE:RE:NEWCAMO is really wound up

RE:RE:RE:NEWCAMO is really wound upI think that to recoup some money from this fiasco, we will need to participate in the right offering and hope for the best with Ryplazin and the FDA approval. So i produce a little Formula to help People to calculate how many shares do who need to sell at ( 4.5 cent) to maximise our return , depending of the amont of new cash$ you are able to afford in the coming day. I suggest that you put this formula on an Excel file, than calculate by hand. Here is the formula: X = ( C x D - E/B) / ( C + A/B) X= Qty of shares to sell C= The Multiplication Factor that you will use ( between 6 to 20 max) I will use 20 for sure D= Number of shares that you have at the time you exercise your rights. E= The amont of new cash that you will put in B= The cost of new shares ( fix amont of $0. 154 ) if my memory serve me A= the value of the share at the time you sell it ( now; 4.5 cent) So play with C & E & A ( variable ) to see you best option. If E=20 x D x B , X will be zero , and it is the maximum new share you will get with the minimum cost / share, but that's a lot of new money to put in the hands of Thomvest & FDA !!!!!???????!!! Hope this can help you when the last call will come and hope that the share will stay at this level ( 5 - 6 cent) to maximise our future value. Exemple : I have 80,000 shares that i paid 1.00$ I will put $10,000 new cash in this new venture I will exercise my right for 20 time the rest of my total share So; X=( 20 x 80,000 - $10,000/.0154) / ( 20 + .05/.0154) =40,895 shares to sell at 5 cent. I will receive $2,044 for this to add to the $10,000 to pay the new shares.( $12,044 cash disponible) So: 80,000 - 40,895 = 39,105 shares left x 20= 782,100 new shares that i will paid 1.54 cent =$12,044 cost = cash disponible OK at the end i will have a total of (782,100+39,105)= 821,205 new shares and the total cost will be ( 80,000 x $1.00 + $10,000) = $ 90,000 and my average cost / share will be: $90,000/ 821,205 = 10.95 cents If they slipt by 1000 for Nasdaq purpose, my average cost will be $109.59 cad / Nasdaq share. or around $81 us$ / share. It is very possible in this market , the day we will receive approbation for Ryplazim. Imagine if we succed with PB4050 $$$$. Ok took the good decision . The only bad thing from Thomvest is that they stole us with the unearned interest that they convert in shares. We must fight against this. That's it that all. The rest is cause by bad Adm ( PL & all) Sorry for my poor English but sur you will understand. Cote101
