RE:RE:RE:RE:NewsFrankly I think it will happen a lot sooner than that as this has become a bipartisan issue that a large number of conservatives and old guard repubs all agree on.  Look at John Boehner former speaker of the house, a lifelong enemy of all things cannabis....completely flipped:

De-scheduling is being submitted, let alone STATES act, could happen within 12-24 months.
