Beautiful video of Sangdong town filmed in May 2019. It touches a brief history of Sangdong mine but it is not a promotion of the mine nor even of tourism as you can see.. The work is a perfect fit on town's web site IMO. The author seems to be in film making industry for PR or CF by looking at his other works.
I found the author has the final version of the video where he added a title & an explaination of why he made the video. He wrote in very poetic way but my translation is dry:
