RE:RE:RE:RE:EmailStill no licence to drill for starters. Also it could be that snv gets fccked on the psc. Even of it does get signed the government may end up taking a massive share. Then on top of that the jv may also fcck them further. Even if the well is successful snv may make no money off it. There are likely about a million other hurdles that have not been anticipated as well.
