No you wouldn't.
Just relax. Keep buying and get your average down. This is stock investing 101. If there is a buy out at some point it will certainly be for much more than 0.33 per share. If no buy out, the share price will rise over the long term as the political and regulatory landscape changes. It's inevitable.
