You are either a friend of the CEO, a simpleton, or a very good sheep. Lets look at what the CEO has achieved in the last 16 years:
*Failed at securing sales with West Jet and Spice Jet
*Failed at a lawsuit against Flyht (AMA)
*Failed to protect the patent against infringers
*Failed at a partnership with Astrium
*Failed to achieve anything with Skyservice
*Failed at achieving anything with Air North
*Failed at achieving anything with CMC Esterline
*Failed at achieving anything with Spaceon
*Failed at securing any sales via the partnership with BDA
*Failed at securing sales with India (Multiple Attempts)
*Failed to understand what shareholders want
*Failed to recognize his limitations and find a new CEO
*Failed at commercializing the product
*Failed to produce any results whatsoever
*Failed at being the face of the company
- embarrassing interviews, lack of clarity, lack of sincerity, lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism
*Failed at all media attempts
Let’s take a look at what Viraf has succeeded at:
*Using shareholders to fund his idea. When Viraf began his idea was nothing but a sketch on paper. $55M of shareholder money used and what has he given us?
*Viraf has succeed at receiving a handsome car allowance and continuous interest payments, paid by you the shareholders
*Succeeded at being paid an exorbitant salary for someone with no pedigree
*Accumulating salary for 2 years while not even working
*Having Star pay rent on his office building
It is time to take back what is ours.
I think that based on this Medevac technology that Star has developed that Kapadia has to go. With years of failed leadership he certainly will not be capable of taking this company into the future. He just doesn't have the skills.
