Good point on why 110e's are selling but not the inline production version.  As for PHO, I agree there's evaluations going on.  My thinking if there's a "there, there" with ACU and semi-con, PHO will simply offer to buy out ACU.  PHO on their most recent CC stated they are looking for a M&A opportunity and given the semi-manu space is seeing lower orders in this part of the cycle means they'll want to diversify.  Buying here at .045 might look like a very smart move, although that is tempered by my concern over board transparency (e.g. events surrounding M. Heavens)

As they say, we shall see.  But if anyone has some technical insights on applicability of ACU tech to semi-con fabrication processes, I'd love to hear more.  I'm just not smart enough to draw the connections to develop a hypothesis.
