RE:Invictus Withdraws Plans for NASDAQ Listing and Consolidatio

This is a relief. In humble opinion a NASDAQ listing was a farcical move by a management team that was having a psychotic episode.

This company needs, firstly, to earn a rightful place on that exchange. At the moment, they are OTC quality stuff, a maana stock. Amongst other things, they must begin fulfilling their company aims. The must produce top-notch product, secure distribution, sell their goods, generate a steady revenue flow, and move towards profitability. Furthermore, they have to tell a convincing story and not one developed in some fictional castle in the clouds.

Not a bash, just my two cents. I am holding, despite my deep misgivings about the Gene Simmons deal, and giving them a chance to clean up their act and begin executing.

Cheers

BP
