here's my 2 cents

the company lost a ton on coin over the last year......the secured debt holders were getting nervous about their money ($2 billion)

the unsecured debt guys ($6 billion) took a lifeline to try and rescue some of their money by trading their debt for 99% of the new shares

the existing shareholders will be rolled back 100 to 1 and will hold 1% of the new shares

so the new company will emerge from chapter 11 with approx $2 - 3 Billion of debt

will it fold?......not any time soon IMO

they will probably dump the non performing divisions and carry on

is it a buy?......don't send good money after bad is the old saying

OTC?..... i suspect after the rollback they will reappear on a real market
