buddy...unless I have misread the information in the circular sent from Newstrike, I believe you are a bit ahead of yourself, the voting closes on Friday May 17/19. Not 1000% sure if it is before/during, but I suspect that it will close...(the voting) after the markets close. NR prior to the open on Tuesday..(Victoria Day Monday)..I hope. SSL, suggested that if passed, the deal would close as early as Friday May 24/19. I stand to be corrected, but that's what I understand. Cheers.
