Check on google play store the review dates on vpayquik mobile wallet the newest date on a review is May 13, 2019 seems to be still operating.

FGD is not shy about releasing bad news and geting it out of the way before relisting.

With all these new accounts posting doom and gloom, somthing is in the works probably between FGD and tencent as we are well past the aniversary date of automatic renewal or to give 30 day notice of termination of the agrement.
