RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Airbus + Bombardier in talks for BelfastFrom my understanding the wing plant was not part of the sale as it was considered as supplier.  AB took ownership of 50.01% of c series FAL (final assembly line).  So basically putting the plane together which includes the facility, tooling, manpower and supporting engineering personnel.  Bbd gave AB 50.01% of FAL.  So not a lot was given to being with.  This is why bbd had to give some stock options and money to start up Alabama site.  As far as true value of bbd share in FAL it’s all unknown to us without seeing the actual agreement.
