Maestro, here is where is the problem:
as Fj and others participate on the 2nd tranche, ibk also send them the agreement for the 3rd tranche in case they want to participate again, where dates are set for the closing and when the money has to be received .
having said that, those information are confidential to the person received the email, but looks like FJ make it public.
if poet dosent release any information , why FJ?
