If he decides to be out orAgree that what Cooperman does is somewhat determinative.  Watch the share price rise as he spoke and not even specifically about Largo--just title enough to boost SP.  Lord have mercy if he decides to dump.  At least he says he's an investor and not a trader.  But sure he takes how competent mgmt is/isn't.  I can't help thinking back to another Mark Smith miner (Molycorp) that became a textbook example of poor management, from which he resigned in 2012 with word of an SEC investigation.  I sure lost with Molycorpse's BK.
