I'm basking in the glow of not getting a Rhino horn up my rear end for my perfidity of last week.  Let sleeping dogs lie:

This is good Wolfie. The day is not done, but it would appear this board has been disinfected and is mope free to the Hoff.

Hangus Hoff.

So hoffie me boy'o.  Where is Novo going to process the ore from Comet and Purdy's?  Their only gravity plant and crushers at the moment are set up at Egina.  Are they using tomra's for the initial pass and then a rented processing  plant for the concentrate and a separate plant for the unconcentrated tails?  Maybe just run it through a tomra and dump the tails?  Are they buying or renting new mobile gravity plants and crushers?  I'll bet Rhino's showing off his equipment to RH right now.  NO HOFF I'm not talking about that kind of equipment.  Boy Hoff, those mopes sure leave your mind in the gutter.  I know, I know, you like the gutter.

The hell if I know Wolfie. Thats not my job. My job is running over mopes. But I also would like to know. Through the grapevine I have heard they are performing tests to determine whether its worth recuperating the fines. Personally I think they will have to process the whole layer. And stripping out or accessing that layer alone is going to be a challenge for sure. Unlike Egina. In fact if you asked me Im not sure it can be done at surface without making a messy stew. In fact they would prbly get less dilution by following the layer to a point where they can mine it underground like in South Africa provided its continuous. They sure have a lot of ground where the conglos are not at surface.

But hey. I just play guitar and run over mopes.

Hangus the Hoff

The Hoff has perfomed open pit mining btw Wolfie. Its fun blasting the $hit out of things. Hit a few roofs in my day with flying rocks. I miss the good old days.

Amfo Sausages Hoff

Where will it be milled? If this is going to be a large operation I assume a fixed custom mill will be built to handle meaningful volumes and the ore transported to that location. Thats the conventional way of producing large scale. This is unconventional. A thin layer. Will it be a mobile op with multiple plants? I dunno. But in order to get meaninful tonnage at CW and PR my sense is throw the Tomra out the window as it will be useless.

Ever send a shovel operator into a half blasted 50000 tonne blast Wolfie? Blasting caps and anfo sausages strewn about. Rain water will mess up a good blast. Ah the good old days.
