RE:RE:Wynjoe - What are they really planning?Wynjoe

Put some facts and numbers on the table to make your case a wee bit credible.

Start with the Ecobalt share price the day before the Jervois "offer" and explain why it fell so much after this "magnificant offer" was made by Jervois.

Put their plan for Ecobalt and its treasurey on the table too.

If merging cobalt companies were a good strategy, then doing it with other Idaho projects would be even more forward thinking than doing it with two distant continents.  If Jervois does have cash to complete the projects that would be even better. Tell us if they do have the cash to bring to the Idaho mine site into production? Do they?

Give us the facts on how much cash Jervois plans to spend on the Ecobalt mine site this year and next year to bring it into production.

Wynjoe - if you put some facts on the table about Jervois' plans, people might begin to believe you.

Until you have no facts, how can you see anything good in this takeover / financial game?  Maybe you think it is brilliant to give me 25 US cents (or less) for my valuable shares. I do not see brilliance - I see opportunism or as it has been called by some "smash and grab" tactics.

Wynjoe - Tell us Jervois' actual plans for our mine site in Idaho -  So far I have not heard them deny that they plan to sell all or part of it to someone else.

Do you deny that they would ever do that with our Ecobalt mine project?  What are the facts you have on this vital question?.

What are the facts of your answer? Think it over.
Your crediility depends on facts, and so does the credibility of this offer which you say is so good for us.
