The Worst is Behind Us

The Worst is Behind UsI went through the Q1 financial results again. I believe that the worst is behind us. The next three quarters, Q2, Q3 and Q4, this year should be much better financially with significant increase in revenue and reduction in operational costs. Copper sale should be gradually increased from 56k tonnes in Q1 to 70k tonnes per Q in Q2, Q3 and Q4. Cobalt sale will be increased from zero to about 3.6k tonnes. Revenue may be increased from $355 millions to about $500-550 millions per Q. The operational costs should also be reduced with the ramp up of its own acid production. The company may show positive earnings toward the end of this year and looks very likely to be free cash flow positive in Q3 and Q4.
