RE:The Truth Repeated

RE:The Truth RepeatedBill, you need to return every penny you ever took while serving as an officer of the corporation, you are that incompetent. You accepted payment under false pretenses, because you are utterly unaware of your fiduciary duties.

The regulators do not approve disclosure. Period. Full stop. They do review disclosure for illegal or improper content, but they do not review the subject matter of the disclosure. The company is 100% responsible for its disclosure, whether or not it has yet been reviewed by the regulators. That is why each press release must state that the Exchange is not responsible for the content, as already pointed out by graphiteguy. Your assertion that they reviewed and approved the salt water battery presser "in great detail" is an utter lie. They do not have the expertise or any vested interest in reviewing the subject matter, and they don't approve anything. Issuing approvals would make them responsible, not the company. That's why your posts are lies.

How about we talk about something else? If the company has filed for any patents, provide us with the application numbers. Every patent application has one, and it can be quickly verified. How about just one number, to get us started?

William Elmer "The Incompetent" Pfaffenberger falsely posted wrote: Again, graphitegrump93 is the only poster here. Going on 3000 negative posts. I repeat: after the ASC investigation began, two years ago, SJL does not go through IRROC for approval of each news release. Each release is checked AND verified AND APPROVED by the TSX-V. The Exchange insisted on this. I was President back then. Now that I am threatened by two people who deny every news release ever made by SJL, I should inform you that because of the ASC process, the TSX Venture Exchange scrutinises every SJL news release in great detail before they approve each release. Therefore, for example, the release about the salt water batteries (BIG!!), would have been approved by them in great detail. The reader should understand that. Therefore, please question the motivation of Greatfuldead, ThinkPlease and graphiteguy93, as just plain B.S. They have tried to discredit me and the Company. You need to ask WHY?? A vendetta is exactly that. Plain B.S Bill
