Balthazar might have a point. I had a quick look at the terms of the lease and sub lease with St Ives and my understanding is that indeed the lease is up in 2025. The question then is who has the right to extend the lease;  St Ives or RNX. From the Australian Mining Authority info I would suspect St Ives would be first in line. If Beta Hunt is as rich as we all suspect, I highly doubt St Ives would grant RNX a sub lease to mine beyond that date.
   If someone could possibly pose that question on CEO.ca so mm426 or Pierre could address this, it would be appreciated. I  currently not registered to post there.
