Professor your going to have to do better than that From the company back in November... we already covered this Dr. Silbergleit but good try. The tenement lease is a non issue :) I have been assured of this many times.

Re your questions:
  1. Beta-Hunt sub-lease: A description of the lease is included at pages A-1 to A-4 of the attached (our 2018 AIF). Our sub-lease agreement (of the mining tenements) is with St Ives. The tenements themselves are ultimately owned by the Crown. The tenement lease is renewable with the Crown in 2025. The sub-lease with St Ives does not have an expiry date.
