Why would Mark Bailey (who sold Minefinders to Pan American Silver for a fat profit a couple of years ago) not act in the best interest of the shareholders? Mark has a solid reputation in the mining world, far better than a previous CEO who got sacked and now is out on a smear campaign en masse against the company.
