500,000 tonnes of copper?????????????? $$$$$$$$$$$2019-05-21 18:36:00 Fidelity Minerals agreement for Peru concessions The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a binding letter agreement dated April 11, 2019, between Fidelity Minerals Corp., Jose Santos Rodriquez Pizan and Leonard De Melt, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in and to the porphyritic copper project concessions located in La Libertad in northern Peru. Consideration is $7,000 cash and four million common shares. Bonus consideration milestone payments will become due: (1) in the case an indicated resource of greater than 500,000 tonnes of contained copper is reported, $250,000 cash and $250,000 in common shares will be issued; and (2) if the company transacts and receives a net benefit exceeding $5-million, $125,000 cash and $125,000 in common shares will be issued.
