RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:THOUGHTS ON MRSPlease simply read the article....yes no new contracts...BUT...they are permitted on existing/extensions which IN THE ARTICLE, it indicates they ARE Permitted on the 4bil bridge contract amongst a couple of others.

Again, not me saying it, it is the Washington Post & ADS spokesperson.

In 3 weeks time we will know....the 90 day delay mandatory time before public publication will have passed and any awards within the 4bil 1yr bridge contract will be published....it is that simple.
