RE:RE:RE:Bidding process explained and why ADS is now IRRELEVANT...Well articulated. I read it as they remain in, as touched on by the spokesperson of ADS.
My opinion is that this “bridge” of an existing contract runs for a year, with all 6 participants still able to bid. This, again, in my opinion, is this bridge is in place, delaying the 10yr/$33bil max program until 2020, allowing for ADS to continue as a small business or be removed and possibly replaced.
As I have said before, again opinion, that they will lose their appeal. However, until such time, the bridge/extension allows for them to continue business as usual.
We will most certainly know in 3 weeks as different contract awards get announced/published.
I also believe that the market in general is waiting for this along with how well Unifire does early on. The stock price certainly seems to indicate this. The sting in general of the $400mil deal cancellation remains.
We can all speculate, after all it is the venture. I am a long time shareholder and believe that MRS/Unifire will do well. I do not see instant millionaires with a few hundred thousand shares. We have been unable to break 30 cents and hold after 2 very good NR’s of late. As Martinez tweeted recently...crawl, walk, run.....We are in the crawl stage.
Not to be negative, rather factual, FLEX-9 has had little to no sales in 2 yrs. No Contact, no announcements as of yet. Will Unifire assist in this area, maybe, hope so....1,000 BCS @$1k.....$1bil ???....really?....within the bridge contract...please. There are other firms that can manufacture FLEX-9 in the USA, where we do not own the sole rights. We do outside of the USA.
It would be refreshing if facts were shared on this board. So many have left because of the lack of this.
There is zero documented evidence that ADS or any other was the distributor in the $400mil deal...zero...only opinion/assumption.
Honestly, it is highly unlikely that we will obtain what some here describe as 50/50 of ADS previous % of contract wins when the Capstone doc being referenced outlines growing from 1% to 5% of the program available funds into 2020.
Bottom line, the market will let us know in 3 weeks time initially, unless we see a positive NR in advance of that. Short of this, it seems like the share price has found it’s level.
