ya figure there would be some insiders buying at these levels....

If placement is on the way.... They will have ruined this company's chances of a joint venture until reverse split happens again.

They will use holders money to pay for there project, issue more shares and reverse split untill they achieve a joint venture... that most likely outcome now.

No one wants to touch this company atm regardless of a PEA or not due to its bad track record and investors being scared of touching it.

like you say high risk / high reward ... I think the risk is far greater then the reward now hopefully a miracle happens here.

We all need a miracle now to go anywhere... PEA might make it spike to 10 cents if lucky then back down.   just crud.
