A good scenario is Clement is pizzed about Barry taking over Abcann ...now Vivo and now that he holds less than 10% of the company's stock he is not required by SEC to file when he sells....so he cuts a deal with a competitor that wants to take over Vivo for virtually nothing ( lets say $1.25 ) and Clement uses his 25 million shares ( that he got for free for starting the company) and keeps selling to get the stock to this level while a competitor comes in with low ball offer. In return he is given millions off free shares in the new company for a consulting fee and like you said maybe even a position in BOD because of his great experience in starting up Abcann and is given millions of cheap options as well ! ( win win for him ) all the while the poor working shareholders take it in the azz !! Yea I think you maybe onto something there ! There are similar company's that are out there that have same share count and have only done 4 million in total revenues for all 2018 and there at 0.60 and have no where near the money these prix's raised at $3.50 per share a year ago !! !! Go figure!! All be all ears for a lawsuit because there is some shite happening behind the scenes I can tell you that!! Fishman might want to hire some security for upcoming AGM is this keeps up !!
