RE:RE:RE:PERFECT - RCG - PLAN ?

RE:RE:RE:PERFECT - RCG - PLAN ?
Consolidation won't change the ownership of RCG.

Eric S. Sprott owns 19.47% of RCG shares.
Gary Leon Lewis owns 10.00% of RCG shares.
70.53% is owns by others

Would it really matter if there were 100:1 consolidation ?
if Sprott held 34.0M shares or 340,000 shares
if Lewis held 17.4M shares or 174,000 shares
if others held 123.4M shares or 10,000 shares

Cash is needed to bootstrap operations.
Gold won't mine itself.

Consolidation won't change :
1. the percentage ownership of RCG
2. the value of the company
3. portion of equity needed to bootstrap operations

Aside: I won't be surprised if there was a 10:1 consolidation (or even some other number). It won't change the size of anyone's stake. If someone's average cost was 9c and there was a 10:1 consolidation their cost would be 90c under the new structure.
