RE:RE:RE:RE:PERFECT - RCG - PLAN ?I get that the value is the same Leftbook, however a lot more difficult to go from 10 cents to then from 1 penny to 5, especially since when a stock is consolidated, the company will do some extra PP's and then have the sam eamoutn of outstanding shares out!

Happende to RCG already. went from a penny to 5 ( consolidation) and then they did a 12 cent and 20 cent financing and price went to 30 cents( 6 cents pre). Look at it now: more shares out then pre consolidation and back at a penny!!

I would much prefer if Santa barabra and almost any other company took over RCG and gave us a good anmd fair amount of shares in their company!! Forget RCG, lets get shares elsewhere!

imagine 10 million shares of Sanata barbara! that would be nothing for them and a great deal for us!!!
